Sharone is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto.

Throughout her career, Sharone has garnered extensive experience advising diverse clientele on a spectrum of corporate matters, with particular emphasis on revenue law, taxation, corporate compliance, contract and agreement review, land conveyancing, Oil & Gas, banking and finance law, and employment law, among others.

She has had an opportunity to hone her skills in building and maintaining positive client relationships and her experience in corporate law extends to due diligence, shareholders and management buyouts and dispute resolutions.

Sharone has represented a number of financial institutions in Uganda including local and regional banks. She has worked on a wide variety of assignments for both notable local and international clients, providing legal and regulatory advice and legal representation in courts of law.

Her experience ranges from preparing and prosecuting trademarks, copyright and patents applications for various local and international entities. She has handled a variety of transactional trademarks, patents and copyright matters. In her practice, she has also handled a broad spectrum of Family law related matters such as drafting of wills, handling domestic and international adoptions, guardianship and custody matters, registration of civil marriages, divorce matters, probate and administration of estate matters.

Her comprehensive understanding of these intricate legal domains enables her to provide strategic guidance tailored to the unique needs and objectives of her clients.
