Hannah is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer.

She specializes in Corporate and commercial Law, Taxation, Land Conveyancing, and Regulatory Compliance. Her experience involves advising several banks and customers on different legal issues including: asset-based lending, asset finance, financial institutions regulation, taxation advisory, drafting, review and negotiation of financing documents, and securitization.

She has carried out due diligences on behalf of banks in respect of potential customers and legal compliance requirements.Hannah has provided legal advisory, assistance and advocacy to several companies and government agencies in financial, business contracts and corporate affairs. She has had an opportunity to hone her skills in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
