William is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto, duly licensed to practice law in Courts of Law.
William is an experienced lawyer with a bias in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, competition law, cyber, oil and gas and anti-trust law. He is involved in advising a range of clients on various corporate elements including but not limited to revenue law and taxation, corporate compliance, Competition and Antitrust Law, Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution, review of contracts and agreements, Land conveyancing, Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law inter alia.
William always has a practical approach to the resolution of complex legal issues.
