Mathias is an experienced Securities Perfection Officer with expertise in the preparation of securities documentation and the registration of bank interests. He is committed to ensuring that all security documents are accurately prepared, properly registered, and fully compliant with applicable requirements.

Before joining our firm, Mathias served as a Team Leader for Sales Agents at MOGO Uganda Asset Financing, where he gained valuable experience in client engagement, team coordination, and business development. He also worked in the Budgeting Department at the Directorate of Finance, Makerere University, where he developed strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Drawing on his diverse professional background, Mathias maintains accurate securities records, coordinates documentation efficiently, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, timely, and reliable securities management services.
